I have tried everything to get my kids to sleep at their usual bedtime (before 8:30pm) but nothing seems to work. Among the effort made were, earlier bath time. hoping that they settle earlier they will sleep earlier. their usual 645pm bath time changed to 6pm but it didnt work.
Nap during the day no longer than 30mins. if it exceed 30mins i’ll wake them up. Yet this didnt help them to have early bedtime.
More physical activities. Make them run and play more than usual. hoping that would burn all their energy.Yet it didnt work out too.
